What We Do
Too often, solutions to flooding, water quality, land use treat nature as something to manage. A compliance box to tick.
We do it differently. We start with the landscape, the river, the soil and partner with the people who care for them. Leading to practical, healthy, long lasting results that support communities, habitats and infrastructure across Wales.
Whether we are designing interventions, advising on policy or delivering on the ground, we aim for solutions that are collaborative, proportionate, cost-effective and fit for the place they serve.
How we operate
As a Community Interest Company (CiC), surplus profits reinvested into our education and advocacy work.
The Voice of Nature is represented on our board, ensuring her rights are considered in our decision-making too.

Invested in Wales
Local knowledge and long-term relationships guide decisions on the ground.
We hire locally, keeping Welsh money in Wales, and outputs are shaped to reflect local priorities and ecosystems.

Well-being of Future Generations
Our work is guided by the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015.
The Act supports long-term thinking and balanced decisions that consider people, place and nature together. This aligns closely with how we plan projects, set priorities and measure success over time.
